Course 4: How to Bless God
This course is for those who have accepted the authentic religious parameters from Torah for every person (Noahides). Every person has natural traits, and there are other traits that one acquires by regularly habituating himself to act in these ways. A person must always evaluate his traits and strive to bring them toward the correct path.
During this course you will learn all about blessings that Noahides may say before and after partaking of food and beverages. We will also cover good traits of character one should acquire, as well as on the importance of Repentance ( Teshuva ).

At the end of this course you will have acquired the fundamentals of the Torah laws of blessings to God for partaking of food and drinks, as well as on the refinement of one's traits of character according to Torah, and the process of Teshuva or Repentance.
You will get your certificate if you pass with 80% or more, and a special badge if you get 100%.

After this Course, you will have concluded the 4 courses on the Foundations of the Noahide Code, which constitute the essential concepts of Torah Faith in the One God of Israel for all of humanity.
You will be then ready to go to the Expert level of study, starting with the Expertise in Monotheism, regarding the first Commandment, to Believe in God and all of the related laws regarding aspects of idol worship, which is the antithesis of the Belief in God that one is required to have.
- At the end of this course you will know the proper blessings for partaking of food and drinks.
- You will know the special order of blessings over bread and wine and other important categories of foods.
- You will know the prayer of reciting a traditional Grace after Meals.
- You will know how one should acquire good traits of character that God expects of a person.
- You will know the correct meaning of Repentance to God, and how to accomplish it according to Torah.

A Hassid Umot HaOlam is a Gentile who earns eternal spiritual reward by accepting upon himself to fulfill the Seven Noahide Commandments. He is careful in their observance because the Holy One, blessed be He, commanded them to Moses in His Torah.
